In this course, I invite you into my studio to create water lily paintings that are full of joyful color and rich texture.
We walk step-by-step through my entire painting process for both a small and a large canvas - from the exciting first layers, through the messy middle, to a beautiful and confident conclusion.

• What skill level is this course for?
This course is designed to be welcoming to painters of all skill levels. Each step of the way, I share the “why” of my decisions, as well as my tools for creative problem-solving within the painting.
The “Small Painting" module of the course allows you to explore the brushstroke and layering techniques I teach in a manageable format. The “Large Painting” module builds on those skills by guiding you through the creative challenges of a more complex composition.
• When does the course begin?
You will have access to the full video course immediately after purchase through your Teachable account. This is a self-paced class, so you can move as slowly or quickly through the modules as you like.
• How long do I have access to the course?
You will have unlimited, lifetime access to the course! This gives you the freedom to move through the content at your own pace and revisit it anytime in the future.
• Do the video lessons include subtitles?
Yes! The full course is accompanied with subtitles for your learning convenience.
• Do I need to purchase the full supply list?
You do not need the full list in order to enjoy the class, but I highly recommend having a few fluid acrylics and the Catalyst Wedge tool to follow the layering process I share. As for paint colors, feel free to adapt the specific colors I use to the ones you have on hand.
